The payroll training starts with a comprehensive introduction of various computerised options to help with the payroll function. The introduction comprises setting up employee records, deductions, managing the pay elements, overtime & statutory payment rules. The introduction also includes a complete look at the P11d forms.
The software is very quick and detailed in their functionality. You can tailor them to each detail you want. This is where the Payroll training becomes exciting, statuary payment rules and holiday schemes specific to your company or sector; you learn how to set up the company pension schemes.
