What Is Payroll?

The Trainees would be covering the following:
- The workshop includes an introduction to all the HMRC forms, technical aspects, essential dates, tax codes, and year-end adjustments. It also includes a reference to the HMRC website for more up to date knowledge.
- The payroll training starts with the introduction of various options to assist with the payroll function. The presentation includes managing the pay elements, deductions, setting up employee records, statutory payment rules, and overtime. The trainers would also introduction P11d forms in detail.
- Sage payroll software is accurate in its capabilities. You can customize features as per your wants; the Payroll training becomes interesting after you learn how to set up the company statutory payment rules, pension schemes, and holiday schemes specific to your company or sector.
- Setting up the processing pay elements, employees, setting up the hourly, weekly or monthly payment rates. Generating the payslips and summary reports.
- The course covers the requirements of Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) and Statutory Paternity Pay (SPP)
- The basics of removing and adding people from the program, scrutinizing the required documentation when people join or leave the business.
- Understand the dedication of RTI for employee PAYE and ensure you are working as per to the government rules.
- Post and pre Update records and backups.
- This covers several different amounts a business is required to make to HMRC, looking at the legalities requirements and process of fulfilling.
- Know-how SAGE Payroll can help you to calculate salary through its automated program.
- Learn how to submit accounting information and make payments online.
